Friendly efficient reception staff, smart, modern decor with everything needed for a short or longer stay. Cafes at the entrance. We would definitely recommend Quest Frankston. The staff went out of their way to be of assistance. The rooms were modern, clean and so comfortable. The beds and bedding were heaven!. Brand new apartments. Nice view at the bay Good shower and good beds. Close to supermarket, shopping centre and restaurants.

The appointments of the suite, lovely comfy bed, double shower, 2 flatscreen TV's. Good location, close to waterfront and restaurants. Gave us free parking. Modern decor Central location cooking facilities Friendly,helpfull staff. I was really pleased that it was so quiet. Also, loved it was so clean. The rooms were very modern, comfortable and with great heating. clean, great service, very nice design, well located. The modern clean design & super friendly staff. design and décor lovely very comfortable. Staff were brilliant!. location, ease of access to car park, value for money. Facilities inside room were pretty good & unit spacious. Easy to get to from Melbourne. Brand new apartments. We arrived at the weekend, but the busy location could make it difficult to find street parking nearby before checking in and obtaining access to the underground parking. Not much privacy as another apartment building was only 10 mtrs away from the one I stayed in. Bathroom only had one lock but two doors, 4 people (but only 3 chairs, only 2 mugs and two glasses), expensive parking, and toilet paper holder is in a really awkward position. The only lift in the building in which we were staying had broken down and wasn't fixed for 24 hours (not hotel's fault but the electricity supplier). The bird droppings on the balcony windows and the flashing light above the bed when it was switched OFF. Could only pay Bond with credit card not Cash or swipe and hold the card printout, The 2 power points that didn't work due to a wiring problem. No Mini bar,. Check-out time 10:00am, although could have requested a later check-out. One very small thing,the dishwasher tablet didnt fit in the right place.....no biggy. There was nowhere to park to checkin. I had to park some distance away and then walk to checkin then return to my car to take it to the car park. I was glad I was able to do that in daylight. located next to or perhaps between a group of young adults who stayed up late, made a lot of noise, went out and came back at 4am making equal amounts of noise. perhaps when choosing rooms for various clients it would be good to think about the different needs of people. The shower water puddled in front of the toilet after I showed in the evening and in the morning it was still there. needs to be looked at for ohs drainage not ideal. cleaning was not good, lights didn't work unless card was in slot (which left the remaining person in the dark when lights went out) and room lighting was poor. Via letsbookhotel.com got room ground floor next to lift & associated noise! TV had no reception & phone wasn't working on arrival. Fixed reasonably quickly by staff. View was to franks ton shop roofs! Not very appealing. No car park & had to go out & fill parking meter every two hrs! How ridiculous. Told people mostly fly in but I don't know too many airports near Frankston! Not worth money!. Bird poo all over the windows (might be hard to keep clean, mind you). 20 blinds to close if you don't want the sun waking you up. Rough part of town.
