we had a great stay. soo goood to stay in a place that is cleaned properly. no matter how much you pay it should be clean. kids loved the pool & i loved that they were kept occupied. location is good: nice surroundings, shops pretty close. the motel grounds have plenty of room for a game of cricket, soccer etc. would stay there agian. thanks to the staff. The rooms were beautifully clean, as was the laundry room. Fresh towels every day was a bonus, and the location of the motel is great - 5 minutes from Frankston, and so close to everywhere we had to go on our short break. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very well-cared for as well. All in all, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable.
所有评语 » We stayed in a family room which easily accommodated my wife and I and two adult sons. It was comfortable, clean, quiet and well equipped. It is a single story motel so we could park right outside our room and didn't have to carry bags far or up stairs. The lady at reception was very pleasant and helpful. I found the staff to be friendly. The amenaties to be wonderful for a young family like us and the general cleanliness of the whole complex was satisfactory. Also my children enjoyed the company of playing in the clean pool with the children that live on site. Will be returning again :). Good value for money. New bathroom. Very very clean.!!. Easy to access location with enough distance from main road to not notice traffic noise. Room did not smell stale. Staff were very helpful and polite. Frankston and it's beach is very pretty, close to amenities, plenty of onsite facilities incl pool BBQ basketball. Room was a good size, lots of tv channels and kitchen equipment. Easy parking. Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately my daughter was unwell and vomitted but the staff were fantastic! Nothing was to hard! Great value and facilities. Will definitely be back again!!. Friendly staff and flexible, we looking for accommodation and checked in at roughly 11:00pm because we are tourists that did not know the area. The management is flexible to our needs. We were unable to get there until very late and the staff were very co-operative in leaving the room open for us with the heater on. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was friendly. She even proivde us more milk knowing that we have kids with us. The location was quite near to the Bayside shopping center. About 10 min drive. Check in closes at 8pm but we were running late! Not a problem for the staff who left a key and a light on in our room!! Room was very clean and modern!. The room had everything for our 2night stay, and the brekfast was alright to, the staff were friendly and we would defo stay again. Functional, comfortable for a night, close to amenities and food, great starting point for visiting Mornington Peninsula. The helpfulness of the staff and its location to the Baxter Manor which was the place we came to visit my wife's mother. Great family friendly fun motel, had all the thing that we wanted e.g pool, tennis court, bbq & laundry facilities. A lovely basic clean motel good bed and clean facilities. The staff were very helpful as we are from interstate. great location for our purpose of travel, room sizes more than adequate, affordablity, friendly staff,. Easy to find. I can't think of one thing I didn't like. We would have liked Foxtel or Austar to watch the football. Reverse cycle air con was noisy. Had to run the shower for a few minutes before water was hot. Single beds were sagging due to age( though main bed was great). The warmer in the room was not working to our expectation. We had a family suites and the room was big but the warmers was small. It did not warm the whole room and it was pretty cold in the room even we had on it to the highest temperature. Through the beds have electric warmer but you would not want to walk around in the room as it was cold. Even the toilet was cold too. Bed was a bit hard, but it honestly didn't bother us at all. Hard to spot from main road so need to keep an eye out for the signage. The lack of Foxtel TV facility. It rained and we had difficulty at first in orienting ourselves to the district so took a while to find the motel. I found the manager quite rude and abrupt when dealing with her in over the phone, however once we were they she was very helpful and professional. The hot water took a considerable time to heat up, but I would happily book in here again if I was to revisit the area. Would like to have WiFi availability. Couldn't stay longer. Location. 20 minutes drive to mornington. I was a bit nervous about the proximity to the highway for the traffic noise, but it was great. Not walking distance to town or beach, but very functional. Personally found the shower head too low. Anyone over 6 foot would fine it hard to get wet. Uninsulated rooms. Needs windows and air conditioning upgraded. All well past their use-by date. could hear the people in the next room, they kept us awake. - wanted a lift. Curtains not fully block out. T.V remote didn't work. Noisy heating/cooling unit. would have liked nicer towels. Has been changed now but was given differently decorated unit to the ones in the photographs on website, much older style. The better ones are at the front and cost more apparently. Tv very small Wifi not so easy to organize. Showerhead. The only three things that was not up to standard was the heater on the airconditorner not working well enough & the tea & coffee was not replaced each day. & the water to our room took about 5/10 minutes to warm up. None. Pitty Breakfasts have been withdrawn. Incomplete address on confirmation email - made finding it difficult. n/a. some cheap room fitttings.
