Even in school holidays with families it was relatively quiet. Room 109 was well set up with a huge comfortable bed, plenty of table tops, comfortable chairs still leaving plenty of room to move. Bed was excellent providing a very good night's sleep. Staff extremely friendly and efficient. This was my second stay at no. 95 in recent months. Can't fault it for friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Ate in the restaurant again. Excellent food and service. Given that it it situated on the main road, it's very quiet. Will be returning again.

Wake up call actually received when requested. Bathroom setup made it a bit tight but for one person it was okay. Free wifi would be good. I didn't ask after I read in the room brochure that was only included in the corporate rate which didn't apply to me. Some dust on lamp stands and bathroom light. Two small wear holes in sheets. Nothing!. A very small bathroom with one very badly damaged tap on the wall of the shower. One of the cups upturned on it's saucer was stuck to the saucer. I imagine this was because the cup had not been properly cleaned and sugar had remained to stick as it dried. I took this cup to reception where the receptionist was clearly embarrassed and very apologetic. The fine curtains on the glass doorway to a grassed area were in shreds. Bathroom needs to have a cabinet or shelves to place tioletries. Nothing. Breakfast was minimal. Thought the meals were a bit on the expensive side. Definitely Sydney prices with relatively small portions. The advertising on the website was a little misleading (after all its still a motel) and the photography creative, the bathroom was very small but clean, and the beds were comfortable and the room itself was spacious enough. Bathroom although adequate is a bit small. Would like more internet/wi fi included in the price. Breakfast starts a bit late for early starters. nothing. Nothing at all. A bit too far to walk into town. room nearest to the restaurant/check in was a little noisy around 11pm with people leaving the restaurant. Very noisy aircon compressors running at night, evening meal a little small. Thought parking areas were not wide enough. Proximity to main road.
