We liked where the motel was located,which enabled us to get a good night sleep.The bed was very comfortable,and everything was very clean.Also the motel was close to restaurants which was very handy,although the motel does have it's own restaurant ,we didn't experience it this time around.We would rate the Matilda Motel a 8 out of 10. Room 128 had recently been renovated therefore was fitted out well and looked inviting. Hot water in shower was excellent. Recycle a/c unit was efficient as was the electric blanket. Bed was comfortable. Did not use other facilities in the motel which appears to be undergoing substantial renovations. Good location.
所有评语 » The motel was in a great location, just off the highway and close to restaurants, shops, etc. It was the perfect place to stop and have a break from a long drive. It was only a short drive to the Plainlands Zoo. Spacious room (304) easily able to sleep our family of 6 (plus a baby). Kitchette very useful for eating on a budget. Walking distance to Coles and the shopping district. Comfortable bed and good shower. Close to RSL Club for well priced and good range of meals for dinner. Tasty breakfast. I liked that it was very close to where I needed to be and the man who checked us in was very friendly. location. unit had been upgraded. good value. good friendly service. Proximity to all we required . i enjoyed the experience. Close to town facilities. The friendly service. location and affordability. Convenient to town centre. Location. Nothing really. The only thing the both of us weren't happy with was the location of the flat screen TV. We both feel it was too high up & too far a way to be able to fully enjoy it. Pillow was a bit lumpy for me. As a long term project under cover parking could be provided as there is none at present which is not practical when it rains or colder night due to ice on windscreen. It wasn't very sound proof so it was noisy early in the morning when other quests were leaving. Needed a sharp cutting knife and serving spoons to complete the package. Very minor point really!!. Very noisy air conditioner that was on almost the entire night in the next room... at times could hear what was said next door. No long life milk in the room. I think it should be there in case guests are too busy to pick up the fresh milk from reception before it closes. it had an awful smell inside. Lack of number for car space . tv guide did not match channeles. air conditioner wouldn't warm room and hot water was not hot. Bed and pillows were out of the ark. Very hard and uncomfortable. No milk in the fridge (minor gripe). The bed was the worst I have ever slept in. I cleaned along the top of the tiles above the sink as it was obviously dirty. This was easy to do but obviously had not been done for some time. There was a general sense of dirtiness about the room -curtains and tracks falling down, dirty looking carpets, beds not vacuumed under. The bed was very uncomfortable It was noisy - you could hear people talking in the next room and also the television.
