-Close to town but far enough away to be quiet at night -wide range of guests staying including age and nationality -Airconditioning -Bar fridge in room -Main kitchen but smaller kitchen serving every floor - Staff very helpful,nice and polite -Great value for money -Pool and spa -Quiet resort, people well behaved. Very clean place like a hotel. Towels tea and coffee soap provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Garden is very homely. although didn't have time to check out the hot tub and the pool because of the rain.Very large clean kitchen with constant running of hot water and free tea and coffee.

There were only 2 lockers with 3 beds in the room and it was a tight squeeze for my gear. Guests in rooms were frustrating. I needed to know I might have to sleep in a bunk bed but I was able to swap and was very comfortable. Absence of cutlery and a kettle in the communal kitchen. one of the common areas with TV is being closed at 9pm (when the kitchen closes). No enough cooking knives in kitchen. Didnt stay longer!!!. -kitchen closes too early. Nothing^^. A new male staff person was starting his job and was under training. He was not very helpful while I was bringing three bags and struggling to open the door. He was just sitting there watching me and not trying to help me. Needs to be trained in customer relations. Kitchen facilities closed at 9pm Sheets only for beds Reception also closed at 9pm. No lockers for laptops. No wifi, waiting in line for lan. Poor if there on businesses. 30$ per night in 3 bed room, got more for this money in almost everywhere in the world. Only one computer with internet could be used and the signal was very poor. Really noisy (from the street, from the cafe at 6 am, ...) Bad mattress and just one toilet working for a whole floor Price too high given the standard. Door closers in hallways so doors don't slam shut all night. Car park too small. bathrooms not so clean and a lot of aints in hte rooms near the fridge. durty windows and mosquito nets broken, with bees and wasp honeycomb. Really small room, cleanliness of the room is poor. shared bathroom hot and very uncomfortable 2 huge,noisy buildingsites next door. not really backpackers place. durty windows. mosquito nets broken. This is the worst run hostel I have ever stayed in. It could be super but whoever owns/ runs it at the moment is either depressed or careless beyond measure. The kitchen was a disgrace and would not pass health and safety and hygiene regs, showers tiny without curtains, no bed lights or lockers, careless, run down, dirty, horrid hostel with far too many things not working. If not to be known as Fawlty Towers forever it needs a complete overhaul of staff, premises and facilities. it's not for international travellers.
