We were contacted to advise they had had a cancellation of a twin room on the high floor (as I had phoned after booking to request this if possible). Reservations most helpful. Everything!!! Beds were comfy the shower pressure and hot water was fantastic. I loved how close it was to airport and the lovely Manuka restaurant area.
