  I loved the late check-out, (12 noon) - all hotels should adopt this practice of letting you leave a little later. It certainly allayed a lot of stress and if you check-in late, you feel like you got what you paid for. The staff are very competent and friendly .The rooms are very well appointed and stylish.The bar and restaurant are very good and have a great atmosphere .And the location is excellent. It is an excellent hotel.

  We were pleasantly surprised about how nice it was. We arrived late and were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. It was new and there was plenty of room. I find this puzzling and can only assume my business is not valuable to Aria. Also Aria's 2 % fee for MasterCard payments is unfair, how else to pay? staff's issuance of a merchant copy for signature prior to providing a tax invoice for checking is very poor.
