We were very happy with our stay, the staff on the front desk were just lovely as were all staff we had contact with. We ate in the restaurant both nights and were very happy with service food and price! We were pleasantly surprised about how nice it was. We arrived late and were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. It was new and there was plenty of room. The bed was big and comfortable and there was a large shower.

I hAve booked and paid for approximately 15 + rooms at ArIa over the
last 4 months and still Aria's software on which bookings are made
doesn't appear to recognise me as regular. I find this puzzling and
can only assume my business is not valuable to Aria.
Also Aria's 2 % fee for MasterCard payments is unfair, how else to pay?
staff's issuance of a merchant copy for signature prior to providing a tax invoice for checking is very poor.
My next booking of 5 rooms in 4 weeks will be elsewhere.

Lovely large room with 2 queen beds in the older part of the hotel (not sure if it was an upgrade). Luckily we had a ground floor room, as there were no lifts. Small but adequate bathroom. The hotel offers good facilities - comfy lounge and bar areas, heaps of parking and helpful staff. The location is excellent with easy access to the city via bus. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and to the War Memorial.
