Despite the fact that our apartment was around the corner from the main building, room service was available (although we didn't try it). Extras included abundant parking, and a lovely outside grassed area. The hotel also offers gym usage for a fee at Rydges just down the road.

The hardware in this hotel maybe a lil dated, but it is the software(service+attitude) that will keep - We were very happy with our stay, the staff on the front desk were just lovely as were all staff we had contact with. Small but adequate bathroom. The hotel offers good facilities - comfy lounge and bar areas, heaps of parking and helpful staff. The location is excellent with easy access to the city via bus. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and to the War Memorial.
