  The lovely lady who showed me such kindness and care over the death of my sister. I wish I knew her name...I think she was the owner. - The gentleman who served us was very pleasant and friendly. Spacious rooms were also a plus.

  Everything! This is our third stay at Granada, and I can't see why we would go elsewhere. On this occasion, we arrivedat 3am (due to an unforeseen delay), but were greeted within seconds by a friendly, cheerful staff member who made us feel right at home and even came outside in the rain to help us find a parking spot right outside our room.   Kate who was looking after reception was extremely friendly and made me very welcome, not cold like some of the bigger hotels - Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious room with minimal outside noise. Quality teas and coffee available.

  I always stay at Jacksons in Adelaide. Its location just at the end of the freeway is very convenient for visitors driving in from Sydney or Melbourne or leaving for those places. The rooms are quite big and clean, while not luxurious. My husband received a business call that required a fax and the staff were more than obliging. For the money we paid the room was clean and had all we needed. I was not aware of the transportation limitaons on KI. Within half an hour not only was my shuttle to Pennishaw arranged and a rental car awaiting me there but the return trip as well.
