  Kate who was looking after reception was extremely friendly and made me very welcome, not cold like some of the bigger hotels - Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious room with minimal outside noise. Quality teas and coffee available.

I was not aware of the transportation limitaons on KI. Within half an hour not only was my shuttle to Pennishaw arranged and a rental car awaiting me there but the return trip as well. This woman did above and beyond. She was the savior of my trip to KI!!!! For future travelors be sure to research KI!!!(-
