Everything! This is our third stay at Granada, and I can't see why we would go elsewhere. On this occasion, we arrivedat 3am (due to an unforeseen delay), but were greeted within seconds by a friendly, cheerful staff member who made us feel right at home and even came outside in the rain to help us find a parking spot right outside our room. Every time we visit there has been an upgrade in the rooms (new mattresses, new linen, new carpet), which are always really clean, pre- warmed and very wel.
所有评语 » - Check in was very personal & welcoming. - The free wifi was a bonus. - Great location. Bus stop two minute walk South & a direct route to city. - Burnside Shopping Centre was a 10 minutes walk north (or less than 4 min bus ride). Has SA`s only ZARA store. - Nice bakery & several restaurants directly opposite motel. - Fully equipped kitchen made cooking meals a breeze. The onsite Laundry was inexpensive & easy to operate - the bed in my room was very comfortable & guarantee. Loved our stay at the Adelaide Granada Motor Inn! Good location, 5 mins by car to Adelaide city. Able to drive to door-step. Upkeep of rooms pretty satisfactory, with modern amenities like a microwave oven and refrigerator with sufficient cutlery for use. Believe it has been recently renovated, feels new! Supermarket and petrol kiosk with a couple of fast-food eateries within walking distance from the inn. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Gave good advice for places to eat and where to s. Mini-kitchen with microwave oven, toaster, refrigerator, and kettle. Room was spacious. 5 min walk to major supermarket at Burnside village for frozen meals, and other food; good for budget-conscious traveller. 2-storey motel has 2 inner courtyards. CBD of Adelaide by metro bus from stop 12 near motel in 15 minutes. Motel located on PortRush Road, a busy major road for commuter traffic and interstate long-haul trucks, but no trouble with traffic noise. The motel was very reasonably priced. The motel voluntarily upgraded me from standard double to deluxe room. The facilities were very good and the bed extremely comfortable - and I'm fussy about beds. It was quiet even though on a busy street. It was handy to all the locations of my appointments including Adelaide CBD. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was an excellent Thai restaurant directly opposite. We were very pleased with the room's condition - every items in good order. Friendly & helpful front desk staff. Shopping convenience - just a 5 min. walk to a mall. Easy access to public transport. We didn't have to wait long to gain access to our room upon arrival. We'll definitely come again to stay!. staff were very friendly and room was clean and modern. only booked a standard double room but on arrival was told we had been given a free upgrade to an executive room. not sure why but didn't complain. would most definitely stay there again even without the upgrade. I have been to this motel on more than one occassion.The owners are very helpful and friendly. You are treated with kidness and courtesy. The place is clean and perfect. It is within walking distance from takeaways. Will definetly use this motel again. Convenient to Dr appointment on Glen Osmond Rd .Well appointed room and good size (Deluxe is bigger than standard room). Selection of toiletries is good with no shortage of towels. Friendly helpful staff, clean & comfy room affordable accommodation, 15 min bus ride from city. Microwave oven in room was a real bonus allowing us to save $$$ on meals, (just take your own microwave cooking dish). The rooms were clean and I loved the smell - that's something I normally don't get in hotel rooms - my room smelt lovely and fresh - and plenty of space to spread out - I will be recommending the hotel to colleagues. Friendly staff, always willing to help you out, how ever big or small your problem is, nice big room which is light and airy, loved the shower head and bathroom nice restaurant next door, great place to stay. Clean,Excellent Shower,Quiet, Stayed 18 days while visiting relations, Had a quiet room at the back,large room with micro wave .fridge crockery and cutelry just what I required would stay again. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was easy access to internet facilities in Reception and despite facing the main road the traffic noise in the room was barely discernible. The staff were really great! Location was good - 10 minutes drive from the city centre. The room is clean and big! There is also a shared kitchen and pool! I will be back again!. The Staff were lovely the room was modern and most importantly very clean and most importantly again the price was reasonable especially for people like us who are on a budget. The design of the room was good, the room was very clean and new towels every day was good also the location, midway to city and all other attractions Adelaide had to offer. Probably the best value for money in Adelaide and I have stayed in at least 30 hotels/motels there over the last 14 years. Although no restaurant plenty in walking distance. This is our third stay at the Granada Motel. It is a most convenient location, spacious room, excellent facilities, friendly and most helpful staff, and budget friendly. Value for money Clean Friendly staff Quiet (though my room did not face the street) Excellent selection of restaurants at Norwood - 4 minute drive Will stay there again. Facilities such as armchair as well as table and chairs for eating. Fridge, microwave and toaster made it easy to eat if wanted to. Large room with good storage space. I note that there are not as many car parks as rooms, but have never missed out on a parking spot, and suspect the hotel staff would be more than happy to assist in finding safe and close car parking if the motel car park is full. Nil. Nothing! Had a great stay at the Adelaide Granada Motor Inn. Will definitely stay with them again when we next visit Adelaide!. No adverse comments. as with many motels there is not enough parking for each room as the buildings are all double story so almost twice as many rooms to car spaces. Nothing. Nothing. A little bit of noise from the main road filters through (the occasional truck using exhaust brakes), although I am a light sleeper and it would probably not bother most people. (It was easily blocked out with ear plugs). What's not to like? The only fault I can think of would be the small tea-cups (instead of coffee mugs), and the lack of a clothes hook in the bathroom. sometimes the car park was full but it only happened to us once and we were leaving there in a few hours anyway. Not a big concern and the pros outweigh the con. The toilet cistern continued running night and day and was reported to Reception. The exhaust fan above the shower had not been cleaned for some time. The only thing that was not good, is that there was one man at the recption who was really not nice. All the others was great!. Parking is tight but the Staff sorted it out so that we had a park. If I have to give you any negative it would have to be that it is situated on a main road (although we didn't hear any of the noise). Housekeeping is minimum - but in keeping with value. No breakfast venues close by. nothing.......all good. Sometimes difficult to get a parking spot. Nothing. Breakfast can ONLY be enjoyed if you book by dinner time the previous day. The staff at the front desk is absolutely rude. nothing!. Service level at front desk is not as professional is it could be. The fact you had to wash your plates in the basin in the bathroom and the teatowel that didn't dry them. There was also a loose electrical plug that was dangerous. nothing. a bit biscuit crumbs found on the small table near the bed. Cleaniness need to be improved. nothing. Carpet needs renewing, a bit stained. Our room was next to a plant or boiler room which was a bit noisy first thing in the morning, not that bad. Risk of not getting a parking spot; we always managed but sometimes got the last one off the main road. Would be better if each room had an allotted car park. No cooking facilities (other than microwave) or sink in room but is a guest kitchen. Some of the rooms at the back are old and could do with some TLC. Not walking distance to the city but public transport handy. Own transport an advantage. Worst aspect was having only one wash basin for both bathroom and kitchenette. Car parking is sometimes difficult if coming back to motel after being out for dinner. Parking is often a problem when returning from a function later in the evening - all the spaces are taken. It's not the first time I've experienced this problem. Cleaning could be bit better. - Minor stains on linen.
