Front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. We stay in the late fall so it was not crowded at all which we liked and the rates for an oceanfront room were great. -

Everything about Turtle Cay was awesome. The room was lovely and very convenient with the full kitchen and washer/dryer. Very important when traveling with 2 kids. The staff was friendly and nice, the rooms was clean, enough space for two in A king size room. View of the ocean from room was great. Location was perfect. Bed was comfortable and felt well after A nights sleep. Bathroom was clean. Housekeeping came through each day to clean room and bring clean towels and wash cloths . It was really A good choice in picking this hotel. I will gladly stay here again.

Loved it! It was very clean and the staff was super friendly, even when passing them in the hall. I was very surprised to find a stove top and even dishes! Virginia beach is very bike friendly, we ran the 1/2 marathon, biked up and down the boardwalk and Atlantic, enjoyed the bands, swam in the ocean, and watched the sun rise with dolphins in the surf! Awesome weekend!

The hotel staff was very friendly and quick, the location was excellent and the room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping was excellent as well. Upon arrival my bathroom only had a setting for three, after the first night housekeeping set it for four without being told there was four people to our room. -

It was clean. The owners were friendly. The maid service cleaned and freshened up the room daily. It was quiet the weekend I stayed there, even though I hear that's not always the case. There's no staff there overnight. Your right next to everything. Short walking distance to the beach. -

The staff was just exceptional. So friendly and helpful. They also have a bathroom in their office that they let guests use before they check-in and after they check-out in order to change clothes from spending time at the beach. A lot of hotels are really stingy about that but the staff here were so helpful to mention it and allow us to use it. I HIGHLY recommend!

The shower was fantastic. So modern, clean and relaxing. The set up of the sink being separate from the toilet and shower area is a great idea. I also appreciated the free buffet breakfast and the shuttle bus to the airport. -
