  The staff were excellent, particularly Beau who provided fantastic service and excellent recommendations. The rooms were brilliant for our family, very luxurious and lots of space, and the location was spot on. This hotel made for a great stay in San Francisco. - Absolutely everything!!   Staff was great! They never miss an opportunity to connect with the customer. Room was super clean and the location is great for visiting the city. Mini bar prices were reasonable. - The Hotel was lovely. The staff was very attentive. We liked the location of the hotel & the view from our room.

  With out a doubt, the staff work so hard for you that I am continually amazed. No matter the hour (I was a late last minute check in on a busy Sat night after a missed flight). Very friendly, very accommodating. They gave me their charger from behind the front desk. They really understand customer service.
