The location is excellent! I visited for an event at the Moscone centreand the location couldn't have been more ideal. The exhibition centrewas just a short walk away, all the shops were close too, aswell asChina Town and the Northern Quarter! The hotel is also right on the tramroute. Rooms were very comfortable and clean; I was a little nervous upon arriving and seeing how old the place is, but it became very clear that they are constantly upgrading (brand new Kohler bathroom fixtures) - nothing is too old or outdated. I found the service to be excellent and it started way before we even arrived. The concierge helped us to find the right tour companies and plan out our trip so it was everything we wanted. My work takes me to many destinations and i have stayed at many different types of hotels but never have i received the type of great service as I did at this

Overall a very pleasant stay with close proximity to shops and public transport. Gliezl at the front desk was amazing and moved us to a quiet floor after moving twice due to the thinness of the walls. She was professional, friendly and efficient and made sure we got a room without an interleding door as well as a breathtaking bay view!

The location was perfect, close to union square and downtown SF. The room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was well maintained. Had a kiosk where you can check in online and print your boarding pass. Had a tour desk to arrange your tour in SF. Overall was a pleasant stay. -

Good budget-friendly hotel. We stayed for 2 days & walked or bussed
the whole time. Very central location to everything. We walked from the
hotel to Pier 39/Fisherman's Warf, Chinatown, North Beach, Union
Square, then would take the bus back. We did this with a 5 year old
& a 2 year old. The rooms were clean & tidy with plenty of
space. I would definitely stay here again.

I always stay here when in San Francisco. It's a great location and I always feel safe and comfortable. There's breakfast and the staff is very nice. You can't beat the price either. -

This hotel was excellent. Our family of 1 adult and 1 child fitting with 2 x Queen beds comfortably. The rooms and facilities were clean and tidy. The hotel is located in an awesome position. Walking distance to everything that Union Square and the shopping precinct has to offer.

Loved the location to AT&T park, we were there for our 21st wedding Anniversary. The staff from the valet, bell boys, check-in (GP I think he went by), check-out (easy), Bartenders and Other guests were all happy. Even though the Giants lost both Sat/Sun opening weekend games. -
