Size of the room, view from the room, the spa and the courtesy of the staff - For the money that we spend to stay at the hotel, I felt the $10/day fee to use the work out facility was unwarranted. Great location, wonderful and courteous staff who helped us even though we had to cut our stay a bit short due to a family emergency.

It was great being able to walk to all the local hotspots: market street, the Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Stadium, etc. and save mo -
The view was fantastic. Hotel is conveniently located and so easy to
move around the city and nearby. Old Town Trolley, which is a convenient
way to go to the different attractions, stops right near the hotel side
entrance. Driveway, lobby, room and bathroom are all very spacious. Bed
and pillows are very comfortable. Our room was available upon arrival at
around half past 11 in the morning and we appreciated this very much.
The hotel has taken steps to be eco-friendly which is admirable.
