  So beautifully decorated, peaceful yet classy. Room service 24 hr - nice - appeared to come from the Kitchen 1540 Restaurant on site and had the best hamburger of my life!! - interesting exterior and location, spa treatment was wonderful

  Great location, wonderful and courteous staff who helped us even though we had to cut our stay a bit short due to a family emergency. Arthur was the staff member who helped us with that and who was trained by Chris, who was also extremely friendly and mentioned he was seeking a promotion to the Hilton in Anaheim which I thought I would add to th... cosa dice la gente » e review (wink wink) :) It was great being able to walk to all the local hotspots: market street, the Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Stadium, etc. and save mo - The view was fantastic. Hotel is conveniently located and so easy to move around the city and nearby. Old Town Trolley, which is a convenient way to go to the different attractions, stops right near the hotel side entrance. Driveway, lobby, room and bathroom are all very spacious. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Our room was available upon arrival at around half past 11 in the morning and we appreciated this very much. The hotel has taken steps to be eco-friendly which is admirable.
