My wife and I enjoyed the Lusso very much. Staff was great. Lobby is nice. The rooms are very nice. Keep in mind, the Lusso is not a Five Star hotel, but it is a very nice hotel, and easy walking to downtown. Good beer next door. Upon checking in, I was exhausted from traveling (sale rep) and the
gentleman checking me in (forgive me I can't recall his name) was
wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly. He took time to answer my
questions and even suggested an upgrade. I liked the offer. He is also
the reason I stayed in to dine. I ate in the lounge and it was perfect.

Everyone was extremely friendly and the pool and breakfast bar were big hits with my kids. They aren't easily impressed. -
The staff was excellent. Treated us with respect. Also, they packed a nice breakfast for us to take on the plane.

The staff was great from check in to check out. Jessica at the Front Desk was quick, very knowledgeable about the area, very friendly and professional. The rooms were spotless, bed was amazingly comfortable, housekeeping was friendly and thorough.

The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the
upgrade to the suite.
The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated.
Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.

This was a great find for us. The relaxed clibby atmosphere was just right forbour shortbtrip to isit our granddaughter attending Gonzaga. The location was perfect- just a short distance to the college and right downtown The service was fantastic and our room beautiful. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome. Well-run hotel with strong and friendly service and a great location near Pike's Market and all downtown attractions. Lux Suite with 2 separate sleeping areas separated by french doors was good for our family of four. Great restaurant choices within one block including Cafe Lola in the lobby.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel was very clean and easy to find. I liked that coffee or tea was available at all times in the lobby with a nice place to sit in the dining room and relax, cookies were delicious! And the coffee was good! Nice place, and if I'm in Spokane again, I will stay at the Quality Inn.
