  The view that we had and every thing that we did was close. The staff was great in helping us get around. The Manager Christopher Sullivan was so great.I made a mistake on booking the room. When he found out why I was there. He gave us a upgrade plus a great deal on the room. He said That he wanted us to have a great time. Thank you again Christopher. - Excellent location, no need for a car. The staff were friendly and the bar in the basement came in handy every evening for a beer (or two) before bed. Great view from bedroom window. Good location for shops, restaurants, bars, etc..... everything you expect on a city break. Would definately stay here again.

  we got an fair special rate. the staff was very helpful. We also appreciated your housekeeper folks and their helpfulness. - We always travel every summer for wine tasting and peaches. We like its location and price and pool area.

  The price was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice. When we went to check out the room rate was $10 higher than we had been quoted on letsbookhotel.com. Talked to the front staff about it and they took care of it right away. The restaurant (Max) is very yummy! A little pricey, but expected from a hotel restaurant.   The bedroom and bathroom furnishings are luxurious and very comfortable; well light hallways and rooms; very beautiful and graceful main floor--true to period; excellent and well trained staff; awesome food; the town car service is awesome especially since I was traveling with my elderly mom who could not walk great distances (my mom felt very pos... vad folk säger » h); the ability to visit the ballrooms, etc. to learn about the history of the original hotel from the turn of the 20th century. Close to down town sh - I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that I'd asked for. Not the tower.

  Our entire time at the motel was fantastic. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, modern and well appointed. Breakfast was light, but well presented and was well overseen by staff. We had a great stay at this motel and did not notice the freeway noise. - Not our first stay here. The entire motel is clean, up to date ... vad folk säger » and well staffed. Very pleasant stay, just like two years ago. The building is just off the freeway, but we had no freeway noise. I wish all of our rooms on this trip had been this nice.

  The location was perfect for our lay over. Staff was prompt in airport pickup, rooms were soundproof even though you can see the airplanes from our window. Restaurant across the parking lot was great for a good late night soup and salad. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. But most of all when we rushed out half a sleep to catch our early fligh... vad folk säger » t we left something very dear to us in the room. A call before we boarded and they immediately went up and looked for it and got it into the mail for - Hotel was quiet, beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional....from front desk personnel to the shuttle driver. They stored our luggage for the day and let us leave our rental car so we could take the lite rail downtown - we had checked out, but didn't leave until that evening. The shuttle driver dropped us off and picked us up from the rail.
