  Staff was very helpful. Considering purchasing a condo in Cedar City, so I will return. Hotel was clean and quiet and central to where I wanted to go.   The staff were all very accomodating and friendly. They were extremely helpful in every way. Rooms were SPOTLESS, as were the hallways and other areas.   We love coming here! The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. We love the pool and ping pong table and the proximity to mountain activities.   The motel was very clean & comfort was excellent it just seamed to be a little out dated I think if they would update the lighting that would help a lot it was dark and the lighting was very yellow things just need to be brightened up some what - Location, cleanliness and very comfortable.

  Manager was very helpful: printed out directions to my destination, my airline boarding pass, and kept hot tub open an extra 1/2 hr. when I arrived late after a long drive. - It was clean and enough room to move around. There's an indoor pool and spa. Breakfast is ok, nothing much. We had a good view of the July 4th fireworks at Hurricane.

  I loved the cleanliness of our room! the breakfast was delicious and easy loved the ease of checking out as we had the checkout letter at our door the morning of check out.the location was close to everything we needed friends we came to see and bridal shop to shop at. - The beds were really comfortable.   The price/rating was my first consideration. It appeared to be a clean, upkept hotel at a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was located in an area for shopping and dining close by.   The Ruby was right at the gates for Bryce Canyon and as such was great. It is very large and has a real monopoly on the area which is not a bad thing but makes it fairly generic. We had no choice as to where we ate but the food was ok. The room was comfortable and the bedding and beds fresh. It was extremely cold and the heating was excellent. It was perfect for the one night to explore the canyon and drive on. - Room facilities, even in the annex sections were current in their amenities, were cleaning and comfortable for what was required for a short stay. Mainly required services and support were all located within or immediately adjacent to the lodging facility. The location made commuting to and from Bryce Canyon was very convenient.
