Staff was very helpful. Considering purchasing a condo in Cedar City, so

The staff were all very accomodating and friendly. They were extremely helpful in every way. Rooms were SPOTLESS, as were the hallways and other areas. The staff were constantly cleaning and in the greeting area, creating a lovely sense of welcome and family. -

We love coming here! The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. We love the pool and ping pong table and the proximity to mountain activities. The breakfast was delicious and very filling - ham, eggs, hash browns, bagels, cereal, waffles, etc. -

The motel was very clean & comfort was excellent it just seamed to be a little out dated I think if they would update the lighting that would help a lot it was dark and the lighting was very yellow things just need to be brightened up some what -

Manager was very helpful: printed out directions to my destination, my airline boarding pass, and kept hot tub open an extra 1/2 hr. when I arrived late after a long drive. -
It was clean and enough room to move around. There's an indoor pool and spa. Breakfast is ok, nothing much. We had a good view of the July 4th fireworks at Hurricane.

The price/rating was my first consideration. It appeared to be a clean, upkept hotel at a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was located in an area for shopping and dining close by. It was worth staying at. -

(1) Very friendly and very helpful staff. Tell you about Salt Lake City and how to get to different place most efficiently.
(2) Very good value of hotel location and condition.
(3) Safe and secure place - I lost my wallet in the lobby which I did not hold any hope but the staff helped me to find it out.

Elegance of years gone past. A spacious and gracious lobby where one
really can sit and comfortably relax. Staff adequate for normal
hotel functions. Small touches pretty much dead except at the
highest end of the hotel world, like lobby ice water in a pitcher
with a slice of lemon.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel with the intent of just having a place to crash on our vacation further north. What a pleasant surprise! Rooms were clean, staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was amazing! It was the best continental breakfast we have ever had.

Everything about Blue Mountain was nice, even when someone wrote

Across the street from a mall, a short walk from trax to go into Salt
Lake City..though they also offered to take us there via their
complimentary shuttle. Since it was hot, we took them up on it and
coming home late, we called ahead to have the shuttle pick us up from

The Ruby was right at the gates for Bryce Canyon and as such was great. It is very large and has a real monopoly on the area which is not a bad thing but makes it fairly generic. We had no choice as to where we ate but the food was ok. The room was comfortable and the bedding and beds fresh. It was extremely cold and the heating was excellent. P

amenities, were cleaning and comfortable for what was required for a
short stay. Mainly required services and support were all located within
or immediately adjacent to the lodging facility. The location made
commuting to and from Bryce Canyon was very convenient.
