  For 79 dollars I did not expect much, but actually the room was fine. Clean and somewhat updated. Large flat-screen and tons of channels. I have paid double and the rooms are no better. Also, plenty of free parking. - Front reception Elisabeth was a God send when I had problems with my reservations and later locked my keys in the car.

  The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  Once we got over the inefficiency of what letsbookhotel.com had organised, the staff at The Pierre were excellent and arranged what we couldn't accomplish through many emails and telephone discussions. - Clean, quiet and the service was fantastic all the way around.

  Great Staff. I mean just the nicest front desk personnel. Not a luxury hotel but so clean, and great for business travel. Also, free internet computers available in the business center. Very good American buffet breakfast (bacon, sausage, real scrambled eggs... All part of the price of the room!). If I ever go to Albany again, and I hope I do not ... vad folk säger » have to :), this is the place to stay. Even a short one block walk to the #1 bus that takes you down the main drag to downtown. It even takes you the - The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast hot/cold buffet was good quality and good choice. The rooms with single cup brew was hygenic and convinient. Having a fridge and microwave was a plus even though the stay was not long enough to need it.

  My partner and I spent 3 nights at The Manhattan and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with decent bathroom facilities. The hotel also provided free WiFi in the lobby. The location could not have been any better - very close to Times Square, Central Park, various restaurants... vad folk säger » and the subway. We wouldn't hesitate to book with The Manhattan again and we would highly recommend the hotel to our family and friends! - I was very impressed with the hotel. It was better than I though being in nyc . I would recommend everyone to stay there. Shopping was rt at the door . Eating also entertainment was rt there. I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The kids enjoyed themselves ,first time in nyc. My brother was with me and he only stay at the Hilton when he travel, but he stayed with me and rated this hotel as very good and that says a lot coming from him.

  Absolutely everything! My husband had cataract surgery very early in the morning of 10/8/13 in Liverpool. As we live several hours away in Massena, NY, we decided to get a room for the night as he had a follow-up appointment the following morning.
