  We really liked being in the upcountry and the quiet of the location. It was close to our son who lives in Pukalani. The local restaurants were excellent and fairly reasonable price wise. The place was very clean and well equipped for cooking - beds comfortable- bathrooms updated. Heaters helped with dampness.   We exited the taxi and were welcomed to the Four Seasons with a lei, which we expected. A porter took us to the check-in desk at 11:00 A.M. where only one girl was working. The check-in girl snapped at the porter stating she was already serving someone. Dave came on the scene and checked us in and walked us to the elevator answering all our quest... vad folk säger » ions. Our room was upgraded and ready. We were able to charge our ipod, ipad, iphone 4, iphone 5 all at the same time. I cut my finger on the razor in - The staff were very welcoming from when we first arrived. Throughout our stay we were recognized and equipt for with no trouble. All staff were brilliant at remembering our names which was very impressive. Everyone had their role to maximize the fine detail around the hotel, the design was beautiful and the lay out was very nice. Rooms were spacious and homely. I would definatly recommend this hotel.

  The location of the apartment is fantastic, we loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. It was like a home away from home with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and internet access. We would definitely stay there again. - The view was beautiful from the balcony/deck. Location was very good, and right on the beach. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked. Condo, grounds, and pool area were very clean. All the staff super nice. All the birds singing from the trees every morning was beautiful to hear. All the locals, no matter where we went were so friendly!

  This beach resort is right on the water in Napili bay. We saw turtles and it had a wonderful shaded area as well as pool, lounge chairs, bbq grill and it was quiet. Very family friendly, with beautiful sunsets. We are already planning our trip and hope to stay here again! We were in room 211 in the building to the left of the office. Parking was limited, but we never had trouble with finding an open - The Napili Surf was excellent in every aspect of our stay. They go out of their way to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. It felt very homey yet is right on a great little beach with excellent snorkeling and enough waves for the young (and a few older) boogie-boaders. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept and the staff were immediately responsive to any request that we had.
