  The staff was friendly and welcoming. Innkeeper evening reception with wine and snacks was a wonderful treat after our long drive. The location was lakeside and had a private dock. The grounds were beautiful and private. Our room "Sunset" overlooked the garden and lake. It was very clean with a spa bath.   I've been traveling to Bentonville for over 25 years. What a great addition to Bentonville...the hotel is A++. The art installations within the hotel and restaurant are fantastic. Great location for walking to dinner on the square or to Crystal Bridges. The service was EXCELLENT ! - everything! from the front desk staff to the Hive restaur... vad folk säger » ant- all the decor inside and the comfort and style of the rooms- comfy beds and lighting- great bathrooms and robes too.Also the attention to ART.   The entire facility was modern, clean and centrally located for our purposes. The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was huge, clean and well-maintained. We especially liked the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. - Very good services at every point of contact ie; reception, restaurant, and bar.   The warm, hospitable welcome at check in, and the friendly and most helpful concierge who steered us to delicious dining. The ambience of the hotel and the cheerful staff.
