  All of the staff were very friendly. On the morning I left it was drizzling rain outside and they had several umbrellas by the door for our use. Also the person in the breakfast area was so nice and helpful plus was keeping everything very neat and clean.   Very nice decor, comfortable bed, clean & updated bathrooms, breakfast was decent and hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of local area. - Hotel was very clean and Staff was super nice. Also close to Verizon Arena which is where we were going to for a concert.

  The staff was fabulous and extremely accomodating. Whatever we wanted or needed they made sure we had it with a freindly smile. Kudos to John the evening manager, he was wonderful as was the woman who was incharge of breakfast.   The innkeepers were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and they gave us names of good places to eat and visit plus allowing us to check in one hour early. Our room was very spacious with a rustic feel and very clean. The grounds were well maintained with beautiful flowers and hanging baskets. In the office there were movies to check out as each room had a DVD p - We thoroughly enjoyed the European flavor as reflected in the structural design of this hotel and the operational style which made us really fell like at home. We have become friends with the owner and will always stay at this hotel when the next time we visit Eureka Springs.

  The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, but very simple. You had your eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, a few pastries and cereal. It was satisfactory. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the facility. Magic show in town Maxwell Blade was really great and family fun for sure a must see. Staff at motel very friendly and made fresh cookies all the time.We will return next winter.

  The rooms we stayed in on two separate occasions (225 and 301) have a wet bar alcove withsink, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Makes the bedroom area a bit smaller, but the plus is there's lots of space for luggage. The bar in the lobby has a simple evening bar menu.   I liked that it was very affordable and quiet place to stay in a neighborhood that didn't make me nervous. The room had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. - Always know we would be getting great accommodations when we book at this location when we travel south for the winter months.

  This was the first time my wife and I had stayed at Simmons Suites, and we enjoyed the whole experience. Easy to get to off of Exit 88, it was clean, somewhat upscale for the price we paid for the room, and it was a very good overall experience. The breakfast was good and included hot fresh foods. I can't think of anything we didn't like about it, and we'd definitely stay there again. - I thought it was a great suite!!! We loved the location, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, the fantastic continental breakfast, and the service!!! Thank you for everything. We hope to come back there again soon and would love to see this expand to other cities in and out of Arkansas! In other words, we were quite happy and appreciative!
