Very cosy and nicely decorated rooms. The Hotel is perfectly located just a minute from the centre of Provincetowrn. Beach towels are provided. Rooms are newly renovated and have new big TV flat screens. We very much enjoyed our honeymoon here in this very friendly B&B. -

Very cute decor in the room, great location, and attached to a
restaurant and bar which was very convenient. We arrived and were able
to have lobster dinner right on the spot. It is a family friendly place
and also allows dogs so we met some nice families (and dogs). The staff

place puts you right in the middle of the action on the main strip. Lots

The staff and the Inn and The Seafood Grille were very polite and accommodating. We had one of the best nights sleep here. The food at the Seafood Grille was very good (and considering I don't eat a lot of seafood, I was impressed with the lobster especially!). We paid to park in the lot across the street from the Inn, and walked everywhere, so we didn't have to worry about the car. We would stay/eat here again.

we loved everything about the Bayberry. the rooms were cozy,and filled with antiques. breakfast was enough to get your day started with fresh baked scones or muffins everyday; plus fruit ,cereal, yogurt. the staff (owners) went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. everything was sparkling clean, and the bed was VERY comfortable,

The owners are wonderful, friendly and always working hard to make our stay relaxing. The coffee, fresh baked scones and other breakfast treats were the perfect way to start the day while lounging under the umbrella in the morning. We'd fly half way around the world (and have twice) to stay at the Bayberry.

fresh-baked breakfast tailored to what I wanted to eat, tourism advice, an extra night for free when I had some trouble with public transport on thanksgiving...Rich even washed (and folded!) my clothes for me before I left. Staff were friendly and the location can't be beaten. -
