  Very cosy and nicely decorated rooms. The Hotel is perfectly located just a minute from the centre of Provincetowrn. Beach towels are provided. Rooms are newly renovated and have new big TV flat screens. We very much enjoyed our honeymoon here in this very friendly B&B. - Very friendly and helpful staff.   Very cute decor in the room, great location, and attached to a restaurant and bar which was very convenient. We arrived and were able to have lobster dinner right on the spot. It is a family friendly place and also allows dogs so we met some nice families (and dogs). The whole area is gay friendly, and this place puts you right in the middle of the action on the main strip. Lots of club - The staff and the Inn and The Seafood Grille were very polite and accommodating. We had one of the best nights sleep here. The food at the Seafood Grille was very good (and considering I don't eat a lot of seafood, I was impressed with the lobster especially!). We paid to park in the lot across the street from the Inn, and walked everywhere, so we didn't have to worry about the car. We would stay/eat here again.

The coffee, fresh baked scones and other breakfast treats were the perfect way to start the day while lounging under the umbrella in the morning.
