  The Staff was delightful. The young lady who checked us in was helpful and sweet, it seemed that she liked her job ! We went directly to our room (which was ready an hour before check -in dictates and we were dying for coffee. Good job keeping your staff Happy. That is what reflects directly on a Guests experience . Kee - I particularly like the check-in service staff,Juliana who made my family and I felt welcomed. Her warm and friendly personality, clear explanation about what to do to prepare us for our early morning visit to The Wizarding of Harry Potter, the printing of ID passes. The express check-out service was brilliant!

  The hotel is beautiful. Very clean & room was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Great that you have fast pass for universal parks, although you do pay more for staying at one of the on site hotels I think it's definitely worth it! - Family really enjoyed the convenience to the parks via the boats. The room was well worth the money and the location made it easily accessible to I-4 to Daytona Beach or Orlando. The hotel is situated within walking distance of eating places and Walgreen Pharmacy.   On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked. ... vad folk säger » This he did. About 30 minutes later my partner decided to have a shower and the water control handle came off in his hand. We decided to go to Recep - Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

  We arrived quite late and met this Indian security elderly man...said he'll be 70 soon but looks a lot younger :) He was wonderful! We all loved the space and neatness, the environment and nextdoor amusement park in old town, proximity to the attractions in Orlando eg Disneyworld...we enjoyed our stay. We already talking about return - I loved the condo lots of space 3 full baths was a nice surprise. It looks just like the pictures on line. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

  I have seen this hotel from road for years when driving by on the way to Universal studios. This hotel has fun castle like appearance that made me book it for fun. The hotel is great!
