  I stayed at this hotel on 20.02-21.02.2013. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is very plentiful and tasty!In the room there is everything you need for living: shampoo,shower gel,towels of different types,hairdryer,TVset,free Wi-fi.There is free shuttle which goes to Universal and Sea World but only once a day and pick up from parks in the evening.The... vad folk säger » re is also shuttle to Disney World.If you want to go to Universal by walk it will take about 25 minutes from hotel (on the bus it will take about 35-4 - 15Min walk to Universal. Short drive to outlet mall. Recently renovated, clean, good value when booked well in advance. Standard cold ceral, toast and coffee breakfast. Pool was clean and great for afternoon or evening swim in 85+ weather. Free parking. Natalie on front desk was helpful. Free in room wifi and computer station in lobby. Gym area was located where renovations were taking place so did not use. Stayed 6 days and it was great.

  The Staff was delightful. The young lady who checked us in was helpful and sweet, it seemed that she liked her job ! We went directly to our room (which was ready an hour before check -in dictates and we were dying for coffee.   for the price it was excellent, no bugs, comfortable beds, nice clean pool , excellent breakfast buffet and the staff were very friendly and conscientious I wold definitely stay here again location is great off the main rd, going into Disney loved it - The rooms were clean and large.   On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. We decided to go to Recep - Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

  My family enjoyed being able to cook in our own kitchen, we were able to do laundry so it was less clothes being packed going and returning from vacation and we were able to come home with clean clothes. A party of 15. Blue Heron was affordable for that many, We rented 3 -1 bedroom suites and divided into groups of 5. All of us enjoyed having a full kitchen. The pool was a favorite of the grandchildren. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all it was a good value for the money.
