nice staff. Helped quickly though they were behind with getting the rooms clean for check in at 3 p.m but they really did their best to accommodate us and did. -

It was very modern and clean.
The room was exceptional and the bed very comfortable.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
I also enjoyed the morning breakfast.
I would definitely stay there again. -
Beautifully presented hotel. Lovely pool area with plenty of loungers. Perfect rooms with everything you need. Check in and out was very quick.

We always stay here when we visit the Thousand Oaks area. People think
of this place as a hole-in-the-wall when I tell them I stay, but there
really is no reason to think that. It is centrally located to
everything, and freeway access is a breeze. It is surrounded by oaks and
other greenery which makes it look nice. And the motel doesn't look
tore
... vad folk säger » up by any means. We always get placed in the same block of rooms
when we stay, and really have no serious complaints. The guy at the
front desk even -
Everything was great for our stay. Room was clean and bed was
firm..STAFF Was more then what we 'had expected' after reading
previous reviews... Needed a parking space near to our room being we
were on a motorcycle and afraid of theft or damage as well as wanted a
room close to the motel office , again because of past reviews made
about ''hookers''... And problems w/ police . was
thrilled to know things had been taken care of to that extent.

not equipped with micro wave clock radio or iron , when we requested
them the quickly provided them . -

Staff was very nice. They called to see if our room was ok after we checked in. helpful in helping us find activities in the area. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. -
