Helped quickly though they were behind with getting the rooms clean for check in at 3 p.m but they really did their best to accommodate us and did. - really friendly nice helpful staff beautiful flowers around it I stayed there in July and in Oct. and they had replanted so they would have fall flowers

  We always stay here when we visit the Thousand Oaks area. People think of this place as a hole-in-the-wall when I tell them I stay, but there really is no reason to think that. It is centrally located to everything, and freeway access is a breeze. It is surrounded by oaks and other greenery which makes it look nice. The guy at the front desk even - Everything was great for our stay. Room was clean and bed was firm..STAFF Was more then what we 'had expected' after reading previous reviews... Needed a parking space near to our room being we were on a motorcycle and afraid of theft or damage as well as wanted a room close to the motel office , again because of past reviews made about ''hookers''... And problems w/ police . was thrilled to know things had been taken care of to that extent.
