  The location was great, walking distance 2 The Staples Center and minutes 2 Hollywood driving. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was spacious. I was pleasantly surprised there was a flat screen TV, especially 4 the cost it was 4 the room and there wasn't a lot of noise in the surrounding area.   The staff were extremely friendly & helpful, anything I needed they were more than happy to help, particularly the general manager, Raj. The hotel was very clean, as were the rooms & the pool (which was one of the main reasons why I chose the hotel!!) The make-your-own waffle iron was a great idea as well! Location was right around the corner from my children's apartment, which made it very convenient. Parking is at an optimum in LA, so having a free parking space was very, very appreciated.

  Your staff were so friendly and so helpful they made it a great stay (especially Aida on the front desk) - The staff was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle service was maybe one the best.

  If you're staying in downtown L.A. this is the perfect place. It's ten-fifteen minutes away from studio tours, Sunset Blvd, and a little further to the observatory. The staff were very nice, and we were able to check in two and a half hours early, which was very convenient for our schedule. Complimentary valet parking and free Wi-fi are a huge plus. - It's absolutely awesome, for the price the rooms are big and very nice looking, clean. My girlfriend who lives in Los Angeles and joined me every night of my stayed said it was nice, it's just very "Korean", everything is translated in Korean but the neighborhood is pretty fresh :) It's near a metro station and buses. No problem if you wanna get to Downtown LA or USC via metro And Santa Monica with the bus.

  I had a very good stay at the Ramada hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in close vicinity to a lot restaurants and shops. I traveled as a solo female and I felt safe in the hotel and surrounding areas. I traveled through the city by using the transit which is very cheap at only $1.50 for most buses. Although if you are... vad folk säger » going somewhere alone in the night time, I would recommend taking a taxi because some areas I did not feel very comfortable walking through by myself - Yuvi was an amazing front desk assistant. She went above and beyond to help us after a horrible experience at a neighboring hotel. She made everything better and helped us immediately. Best breakfast buffet I have had in a long while

  The room was nice, the people were nice, breakfast was good, location was pretty good for what we wanted this time. We might stay there for KCon again next year. - Room was comfortable, great to have a fridge in the room, I enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Wi-Fi connection worked well.
