  Was comfortable and convenient. When I told them that I needed to keep my insulin cool they gave me a little refrigerator without charge. However, what kind of a hotel room does not already have a refrigerator? The one cup at a time coffee pot was great but if I had stayed in longer than an hour after getting up, more than one unit of coffee would... vad folk säger » have been appreciated. - I liked the check in a lot: quick, friendly and professional guy. The only thing - he did not give us breakfast vouchers and we had to argue with Breakfast staff that our breakfast is included. Design - very interesting but a little bit too much posters.

  Loved the location as this lovely boutique hotel is a walking distance from subway, nice restaurants and cafés and all the shopping. At my arrival by cab, I was greeted with such a beautiful smile by the concierge boy /porter, which already gave the ton of the welcoming professional and friendly staff I was about to get for my stay at Felix. As for - I've stayed at a different hotel my last four trips to Chicago, because I just can't find the right place. I finally found it. Hotel Felix is clean, quiet, stylish, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient. This was a great find and I'll stay here on future visits, for sure!

  This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The building itself is really impressive, the room (as well as the bathroom!) was spacious with pleasant furnishing, the staff was really friendly and helpful. You can find a red line station nearby. - Good things about the room: clean, great shower apart from the bath, the beds, no noise. Good things about the hotel: at night great lighteffects, good bar, nice personnel, luxury looks. Good things about neighbourhood of the hotel: lots of restaurants(also for breakfast) and bars around, in the middle of the most important shopping area, lots of interesting things to see and to do (for exemple boattour, musea) on a walking distance.

  As soon as we settled in our room we received a call to see if we needed anything. People gave service a 6 out of 10 which is rediculous. 10/10 for sure. The best hotel in chicago. - Did not get to spend much time in the hotel, but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very lovely, although the lighting could have been brighter.

  The staff was accommodating, informative, and friendly. The location was absolutely phenomenal for the price--walking distance to L and bus stops. Walking distance from the heart of downtown Chicago. The restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious and the service was fantastic. Great coffee! Also, our check out was at 11am but our bus didn't leave Chicago until 3 pm so the front desk allowed us to leave our - I read reviews of the Ohio House Motel before booking, and could not believe all the positive reviews about the staff. But somehow they exceeded my expectations! So friendly and helpful, they really made us feel like they were to make our stay as pleasant as possible...a claim made by all hotels and motels, but a promise not always kept. Keep it up! - The hotel is a little gem. It was very clean, nicely decorated, very friendly helpful staff, great location with a lot nearby especially restaurants. The beds and bedding were really comfortable, loved the soft ribbed blankets and we didn't hear people talking through the walls. The Chicago magazine was really helpful and Pizza Ora was a great find.

  It is a great location with reasonable room rates. Although the rooms are small, they are quaint and very clean. The Tremont is an older hotel with an atmosphere of friendliness. - Great location next to Michigan Ave. and the room was beautiful and comfy.

The highlight for our child was the dessert - a snickerdoodle ice cream sandwich - from the restaurant. It is conveniently located. - It was our 25th anninersary.   Great room - remodeled recently and very clean. Fantastic rate and free parking worth about $40 in Chicago and 2 free breakfasts at the restaurant worth about $15. - The entire staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful. The accommodations were excellent for the money and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise.
