  Very nice hotel, well presented and clean, proffessional staff, upgraded to harbour view room. Quality as expected for star rating. In a decent area, 5 mins walk from Italian quarter, short taxi from Boston South station.   This charming little hotel is a hidden gem on Boston’s Back Bay. It appears to be a marina hugging the harbor to the casual viewer, but it is also a stunning little hotel with all the services and conveniences of a large branded property wrapped in a sweet little package. The hotel is small only 10 bedrooms and you eat your breakfast in your bedroom unusual but we really liked it! We would really recommend this hotel!

  The locality to the city of Boston was nice, it is a walkable city. The staff was fantastic. We were able to park at the hotel at 9am knowing the check-in might need to wait until 4pm so we didn't need to find parking. The A/C in one of our rooms didn't work so we got a break on the parking. - Boston Marriott is a very nice place.   The staff was so courteous,friendly,helpful with directions, Yhey went out if their way to make us feel comfortable. The Front Desk Amy,Tarik and Tonia great!!!   The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. She remember why we were there and expressed her condolance for the disapointment. Everyone else at the desk was great too. When rihanna comes back to boston we shall too - We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.

  Everything was wonderful, we arrived to find we did not have our tickets to our convention and the concierge made us his number 1 priority to try to get them.
