  Excellent location for Boston and Cambridge, easy short commute to both using the T, which stops 50 metres away. All of MIT campus in close walking distance. Price compares very favourably with higher end hotels. Room spacious and very clean, beds high quality and comfortable, lots of pillows/blankets. They loaned us an umbrella when it was raining/sleeting which we truly appreciated. Our room was handicap accessible and the bathroom/room were very clean and spacious. This hotel has a cozy, warm, Americana style decor with some very nice pieces of furniture and decorations that add to the charm. Breakfast was hearty and very good.   Location was fantastic. We stayed for a visit to a show at the House of Blues near Fenway on St. Patrick's Day. Staying in Cambridge was totally great, avoiding the craziness, but giving us some great pub visits at Tommy Doyles and the Druid in walking distance. Comfy beds we both were so surprised about and great pillows. All the staff morning and night - I liked the location, friendly staff and cleanliness. I liked the complimentary Valet parking and the fact that the T is located so close to the hotel and it was so easy to get into Boston using the red line. I liked the fact that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The view of Charles River was beautiful. Overall a wonderful experience. I also liked the fact that check out was at noon!
