  We had a wonderful and quiet stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Carlos and Michelle in the Club Lounge were absolutely fantastic!!   I really liked the location. We were able to walk to several places we wanted to visit, including the Art Institute and the Doughnut Vault. The check-in was quick and easy, and they were nice to suggest some places we should visit when asked. Parking is expensive, but I appreciated being able to park overnight in the garage attached to the buildin... vad folk säger » g. Price included breakfast. We enjoyed having a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes & cups, coffee pot, and popcorn in the room, in addition to - I can not recommend this Marriott Residence Inn highly enough. The location, the comfort, the price, and, most appreciated, the graciousness and helpfulness of every staff member made the entire five-day stay memorable and enjoyable. I hope to return for leisure rather than business.

  This hotel is situated at less than 2 minutes walking distance from the red train line and at walking distance from most interesting shops, bars and restaurants and is still in a quiet area so that you always feel sicure, even at night. The staff with very helpful and charming. The rooms are beautiful and have the right size. The bed is super comf... vad folk säger » ortable as well. Great the fact to receive fresh coffee for free in your room and to be able to select breakfast from the bakery that is next to the h - Staff and accomodations were outstanding. Staff could not have been more helpful. There is a small coffee shop with a hotel entrance that has excellent food and was reasonable with delicious food. We had a problem with the fridge which was addressed immediately. My husband used the gym and enjoyed it very much. The décor is art deco. Beds were very comfortable. There was a small sitting area with 2 chairs and a small table.

  The suite was real value for money. Mother and grown-up son had all the space they needed. Service lady was really great and friendly as was the booking agent for shows etc. Breakfast was amazing and there was so much to choose from. We loved our stay Thank you - The hotel was great, the location was fantastic! It's close to shopping and great restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a slight mix up with our room, and Michael, the night manager, handled it just great. He took good care of us, and I would stay there again!(Also, we loved the water in the lobby!) - quite a transformation in a year's time -we stayed there we/ another teen grandchild last yr and returned for 2 reasons, the location and the suite option. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Concierge services were terrific.Everything was spotlessly clean - great housekeeping services! Our suite was exactly what I had asked for, view included - loved it!

  I liked the fact that it's the oldest operating hotel in the country & there is lots of history there. The design is elaborate & like a palace. I'll definitely be coming back there another time &a - Stay every two weeks there; had. first rate Concierge help through Tracey - this time we dined at The Boarding House rest. and met the owner, Alpina Singh (from the WTTW show Check Please); received an autograph and all.while there. A speical night out w/help from The Palmer House. Dr. Brian Hinrichs -always enjoy the Executive floor - thanks also to Ernest for going above and beyond to cater to our snack and breakfast needs
