  It is a great location with reasonable room rates. Although the rooms are small, they are quaint and very clean. The Tremont is an older hotel with an atmosphere of friendliness. - Great location next to Michigan Ave. and the room was beautiful and comfy.

  Loved the location as this lovely boutique hotel is a walking distance from subway, nice restaurants and cafés and all the shopping. At my arrival by cab, I was greeted with such a beautiful smile by the concierge boy /porter, which already gave the ton of the welcoming professional and friendly staff I was about to get for my stay at Felix. As for - I've stayed at a different hotel my last four trips to Chicago, because I just can't find the right place. I finally found it. Hotel Felix is clean, quiet, stylish, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient. This was a great find and I'll stay here on future visits, for sure!

  The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful. Steered us towards great restaurants and looked after us during the whole stay. This will be the only hotel we will stay at downtown!   Loved Chicago from the Navy Pier to the museums,the variety of entertainment, the walk-ability of the city, Millennium park, loved it all. The bed was comfortable, and the bed linens were good quality and soft. The room was nicely furnished except for a strange plastic, snake-skin covered wing back chair. The bathroom was nice, but the vanity is... vad folk säger » too small to accommodate toiletries well, and there's no where else to set them except in the floor. A table or another place for toiletries would h - Hotel Sax was right in Marina City. There was a little grocery store close by. Several restuarants within walking distance including Chicago's House of Blues and Dick's last resort. I was great to walk just a few steps and look at the Chicago river flowing by. I loved and and will go there again.
