  It is a great location with reasonable room rates. Although the rooms are small, they are quaint and very clean. The Tremont is an older hotel with an atmosphere of friendliness. - Great location next to Michigan Ave. and the room was beautiful and comfy.

I got caught up on some much-needed sleep. The breakfast was delish - especially the country gravy with sausage! Also, they had a pancake maker that was fun to use. The concierge gave me some good restaurant recommendations and knew the immediate area well.

  The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful.   Loved the location as this lovely boutique hotel is a walking distance from subway, nice restaurants and cafés and all the shopping. At my arrival by cab, I was greeted with such a beautiful smile by the concierge boy /porter, which already gave the ton of the welcoming professional and friendly staff I was about to get for my stay at Felix. As for - I've stayed at a different hotel my last four trips to Chicago, because I just can't find the right place. I finally found it. Hotel Felix is clean, quiet, stylish, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient. This was a great find and I'll stay here on future visits, for sure!
