Was comfortable and convenient. When I told them that I needed to keep my insulin cool they gave me a little refrigerator without charge. However, what kind of a hotel room does not already have a refrigerator? only thing - he did not give us breakfast vouchers and we had to argue
with Breakfast staff that our breakfast is included. Design - very

The hotel is in a good location, a couple of blocks from the Hancock Center, Oak Street Beach, and the Museum of Contemporary Art. We rented a 2-bedroom suite - the kitchen and family room were very comfortable and nicely appointed. Daily complementary hot breakfast was always very good. the value for money was amazing...really good price for a nice room, excellent staff (they bring a microwave when we wanted to warm our meal), useful facilities especially the working room where we printed our flight tickets. - The hotel was very central to all the main attractions we wanted to see and do in Chicago.

Again, it's about location, location, location. It's right near
the metro station and the magnificent mile. You can easily reach
anywhere. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby. It's good
if you want to see the city, stay at a comfortable hotel, and get a good

Clean linens and fresh room. Plenty of towels. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet. I got caught up on some much-needed sleep. The breakfast was delish - especially the country gravy with sausage! Also, they had a pancake maker that was fun to use. The concierge gave me some good restaurant recommendations and knew the immediate area well.

I liked especially the staff in front desk.

Location, location, location! We were one block off Michigan Avenue,
which did help cut down on some street noise; and, we were steps away
from Trader Joe's, Luxe Cafe, Homegoods, Nordstrom Home,
Lawry's, Pizzeria Due, and all the beautiful Michigan Avenue stores.
Just a quick walk to the Michigan Ave bus stops, too! $7 Taxi fare to
the Bank of America theatre.

The suite was real value for money. Mother and grown-up son had all the space they needed. The hotel was great, the location was fantastic! It's close to
shopping and great restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk
staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a slight mix up with our
room, and Michael, the night manager, handled it just great. He took
good care of us, and I would stay there again!(Also, we loved the water
in the lobby!) -
quite a transformation in a year's time -we stayed there we/ another teen grandchild last yr and returned for 2 reasons, the location and the suite option.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Concierge services were terrific.Everything was spotlessly clean - great housekeeping services! Our suite was exactly what I had asked for, view included - loved it!

Staff and accomodations were outstanding. Staff could not have been more helpful. There is a small coffee shop with a hotel entrance that has excellent food and was reasonable with delicious food. We had a problem with the fridge which was addressed immediately. My husband used the gym and enjoyed it very much. The décor is art deco. Beds were very comfortable. There was a small sitting area with 2 chairs and a small table.

This is a good location. The red line subway is just next to the main
hotel entrance. The Magnificent Mile is a couple of blocks away. There
are many restaurants within walking distance. A one page list was
provided by the hotel. A business center is provided by the hotel where
you can check the internet and print off information without charge.

Our room was very spacious and quiet. They put us on the top floor, next to the stairwell so we didn't hear any street traffic. I loved how quiet the bathroom was. The lights didn't buzz and the toilet wasn't loud. I was very impressed by the staff at the front desk and would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!

We originally only had this hotel booked for 1 night and then would move to another Hilton. We were able to our same room for the additional nights. The room was clean and comfortable and we had an awesome view. Noah one of the doormen was extremely helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for meals. All of the staff that I came across were polite and efficient.
