  I appreciated coffeemaking facilities and microwave, esp. when arriving late at night. Breakfast by the pool was a 'bonus' and saved any concerns re purchasing items for breakfast. It was also a great place in which to meet people. Great location and an easy walk to anywhere in the area. - Facilities, location, cleanliness were top notch.

  you have incredibly helpful staff (front desk, housekeeping to maintenance, including parking attendants) that i have not seen anywhere else. - I like that my family enjoyed themselves alot here@the Waikiki Banyan :)

  Concierge was awesome, live music very good, coffee lady was so sweet, cleaning staff was nice and friendly, bartender and drinks at Mac 24/7 were great. - We liked the quite room and the hotel service. The MAC/24 served top of the line meals. The view from our 36 floor Ocean View balcony was terrific.

  exelent rooms, love the kitchen and the bed sofa... the only thing was that my reseervation was changed got a diferent room but other then that everything was perfect .... thank you . - We are regulars at the Pacific Monarch, visiting every year, and we know what we are getting, know the staff, and the great location.

  i liked being close to the shops and the beach - Yes - Waikiki is not really my favourite kind of place, but this hotel was excellent as a place to stop for a night close to the airport (30 mins and 9 dollar transfer on shuttle)

  Having your own laundrette was excellent, the view was amazingly picture perfect, very central to everything. The fold out sofa bed was very very comfortable, surprisingly so.   We were celebrating my father's 70 birthday and the whole family was at the Marriott (10 of us). We had 4 rooms between us at the Marriott. The rooms were so big spacious and partial ocean view was amazing. We had missed our flight leaving Hawaii and needed to check back in (we needed 4 rooms) and the staff (Tania) was amazing extremely helpful ... vad folk säger » and understanding. She assisted us and managed to give us an upgrade at the rate that we had initially paid for. We were so appreciative for that. T - We only had one problem-we did ask them to havea a look at our fridge as it froze all our contents and it took them a week and a half of our stay to do anything about it. maybe they didn't understand us ,we had to tell them like 4 times until they replaced it. Everything in fridge had to be thrown out.
