  The complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to Cornell was greatly appreciated, as was the free continental breakfasts (waffle-machine was a bonus!). Room and bathroom was clean and big, and generally warm enough without use of the heater (even in mid-winter). Great overall experience and will recommend to others. - We knew the weather was goi... vad folk säger » ng to be bad during our stay and needed to be close to the Cornell campus.   Pretty room. Night person, Josh, who went out of his way to help. I saw him keep 4 or 5 customers happy at the same time- as they requested different things. - Staff and breakfast were just excellent!

  The hotel is comfortable and in a good location and the staff was very helpful. Late on my second night there was some type of maintenance problem with the room on the second floor above. Water started pouring down through the ceiling fan in the bathroom.from above.   staff were very friendly. Especially the breakfast staff. Loved having a quick hot breakfast every morning. The fridge, microwave and proper dishes in the kitchenette handy & appreciated.   Staff was great, very helpful always. Location excellent. Nice breakfast room. I would recommend it on the whole. - Location in town. Close to Cornell. Friendly staff. Super comfortable queen beds.
