Staff was amazing - very kind and helpful, highly accommodating. The king suite was way better than what we expected for the price: robes, couch/tv in one room plus king+tv in another, pool, workout room, and breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was really nice as well. The entire time I was there I felt comfortable; from the moment I stepped into the fireplace-lit entrance (with a visitors library, which was also awesome!) it was a nice place to be. All of the facilities were clean and the breakfast area was spotless and the food delicious. Highly recommend!!

staff were very friendly. Especially the breakfast staff. Loved having a quick hot breakfast every morning. The fridge, microwave and proper dishes in the kitchenette handy & appreciated. Location to the highway and the town very good. -

A very nice experience here--our first visit to Ithaca. The staff were extremely helpful and even called our room to be sure we had everything we needed (we asked for more pillows and they arrived promptly!). We would definitely stay here again. -

The complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to Cornell was greatly appreciated, as was the free continental breakfasts (waffle-machine was a bonus!). The staff was down right awesome. I honestly underestimated this hotel.
It was very cozy, as me and t lady just want to find somewhere
inexpensive and clean. There was a nice eatery attached to the hotel but
we already had plans of eating somewhere else. I will most definitely
stay there again.
