The staff were friendly and kind.
They helped with our laundry using their commerical washing machines as the guests one was being serviced. They were concerned and helpful while my partner was ill. It was no problem to stay an extra night. They served one of the best breakfasts we ate while holidaying in different motels. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay there again if in Elko. alla recensioner »
It was a clean, friendly place to stay on a longer trip to Wyoming. The couple overseeing the hotel were delightful and competent. Sausage and yogurt for breakfast were good. Thanks for the exercise bike.
Staff were awesome. Hotel was exactly what we were looking for, on a stopover between Nevada and Salt Lake City.
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Price was good.
Very clean . Comfortable bed great shower. Great breakfast-yogurt hardboiled eggs for those who need protein waffles juice and cereal.
Breakfast was excellent.
Convenient to highway.
Quiet.
Convenience, comfort and cleanliness.
New, clean, helpful staff.
Large rooms/clean.
The lady that checked me in was really nice!.
The pillows are comfot, the room is clean.
Bed was comfy.
Breakfast, friendly help.
Good breakfast.
The Breakfast.
Price was middle of the pack.
Would have liked the bathroom to be cleaned more thoroughly knowing my partner had been ill.
Blueberry bagels were bitter and stale, everything was served on plastic and sent to the land fill.
Very small room. Not much space to walk a dog.
Workout room has no cooling. The elliptical did not work. Had one working treadmill and bike.
A bit over-priced. Was $100. Should've been more like $65.
Size of room - so tiny. Had to change room because of faulty toilet - kept running until I had to adjust ball. staff very accommodating with move.
I found the end tables and chair on the bed when I got to the room. The breakfast was just sad!!!.
Have no elivator, the large baggage is very heavy.
The place was dirty. From the dining area, up the stairs, down the hall, and even in theroom. I was very disappointed.
Very, very small room. Coffee maker stacked on top of microwave which
was on top of refrigerator. Junky closet (or what was suppose to be
closet), chair torn, old uncomfortable mattress. Showerhead was so low
it hit me in lower chest, belly. No selection on radio. Poorest room I
have ever stayed in.
Small room, old fixtures. Had to request being moved from first room because bathroom tub was leaking so loudly.
The room was not cleaned properly, hair in the bath tub, food crumbs on carpet, bath basin not wiped clean. Stair well looked like hadn't been vacuumed in days.
Worn looking. Caters to workers in the oil fields. Very small room, cramped quarters. I wouldn't recommend this to travelers or families. If you are a well driller or truck driver, maybe.
