  The staff asked my name when I got out of the taxi and then at every stage as I was passed between concierge to reception to bell hop I was greeted by name. They rang forward to reception and announced that Ms Graham had arrived - a nice rock star touch with the practical benefit that all my paperwork was ready to go at the check in desk. Great at... vad folk säger » tention to detail. - Beautiful hotel. Everything is professional, clean and well organized with efficient and friendly staff. The room is truly luxurious with a great bed. The washroom is beautiful, the separate bath and shower are super nice. Also the gym facilities are top-notch. Definitely recommended.
