  Great Breakfast Bar - This hotel is located in a safe part of town. Check in was a breeze, took less than 4 minutes, they said since I reserved with Booking all I did was get room key - awesome! It is also very nice that they offer a made to order breakfast included with stay, not to mention the reception in the evening!

  The helpfulness of the front desk staff, Sean, and his supervisor, Willy. The entire front desk staff was very helpful and informative. I had specific requests for housekeeping and they went above and beyond. The room was extremely comfortable and much bigger and accommodating than I expected.   My daughter cried on the way out that she didn't want to go home - and she loved the hotel. Although a professional conference was going on, the staff were fantastic and really great with our kids. - I was very satisfied with the customer service. I also appreciate the cleanest of the room as well as how decorative it was.
