  Every thing was perfect since arriving to the hotel, really clean, big rooms, wide beds, free wifi, breakfast included ( not super though and lacks protein) but for the price you are paying, cannot ask for more, its enough till lunch :) . At first, we were disappointed that we didn't have a better view of the bay. Then we realized that very few rooms in most of the hotels had "front row" rooms. So, we used the Baymont Inn for breakfast and sleeping and actually spent time on the beach. In our opinion, the Baymont is the best value along the bay front.   Despite being extremely busy for the Labor Day weekend, the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. No attitudes, which is a welcome change in today's customer service. The elevators broke down and the young maintenance man was doing his best to get everything up and running. It was clear he was working extremenly hard in the hot temps. Free golf was nice. - This inn was a good location with very clean facilities. The front office was helpful and answered all my questions. The room was large with a separate area from the sleeping area which contained a desk, table, microwave and refrigerator. The price was economical and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

  The staff people were so welcome when I had a issue the solve my problem imediatlly. I recomend this hotel for those welcome peopple from front desk and everywhere. - Location, staff very friendly and helpful, even though it was budget friendly, we were not treated like 2nd class citizens. I will definitely use this hotel again.

  The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and appeared to be recently updated. We also enjoyed going over to Palm Beach, the water park located on the property.   The rooms are really nice! The room we stayed in had a big master bedroom with it's own bath. There was a 2nd bedroom and bath, and the couch pulled out into a double bed as well. It had a full kitchen, complete with cooking and serving utensils. There was a microwave and a decent sized refrigerator. We had a great view from our room, not of the beach, but of the san - Dana and Jim were the best. Dana was quick and courteous at the front desk. Jim was a delightful surprise as our shuttle driver.   I arrived late for check in but the person that checked me in already had everything ready for me. She was very friendly and courteous. She was excellent and made me feel very welcomed. It is nice to see people that actually care about giving good customer service. - Easy to get in and check out. Nice facilities. Very enjoyable stay.

  Excellent Staff, Nice pool/spa area, Great places to sit outside pool area to watch the amazing sunrises, Comfortable clean condo with easy access to beach and friendly security patrolling property at night.   This hotel is right on Seawall Blvd. but there is no sandy beach access area; instead, there are large granite/asphalt blocks broken up (to fortify the sea wall?) and lined up in several rows. One might walk further west a few blocks and find better beach access. Most people here drive to the beach anyway.
