The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Since this was parent weekend at Cal Poly, every motel was full. We had reservations but I heard them trying to help people who did not have a place to stay. -

It's pretty much the half way point between LA & San Francisco so it's a good place to spend the night. It's comfortable and handy to the town which has plenty to offer. Could have easily spent 2 or 3 nights here if we had the time. -

Great price! Very clean, newly painted, tasteful decor. Free wi-fi, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, TV. Henry, the owner, is very friendly & helpful. Conveniently close to Cal Poly & town center. The female manager was efficient and very nice at check in. The motel clearly had attention to maintenance with regard to paint, fixtures and overall appearance. -
Room was spacious, and bed was really comfortable. Easy highway access. Staff member let me have a late checkout.
