  We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. What a great hotel and we'd definitely stay there for our next t - The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great. The check out was

  Bra läge!! - Comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of stations on TV for my daughter to watch. Surprisingly extensive breakfast provided as part of my booking. Perfect location for my needs [we always used taxis but noticed that there was a bus stop outside of the building and a two minute walk to the Metro system].   Fantastiskt hotell i alla avseenden. Håller världsklass. - The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt. Anything we had to sign or check over was brought to us while we sat, relaxed and enjoyed an Arabic tea. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful - I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

  Underbart avlappnat ställe - The moment you set foot in this hotel you know you are in for a treat. The hotel was beautiful and boasts luxury and high standards. The staff were polite and helpful and made you feel so welcome. The staff never complained and were always happy to serve with a smile. There were plenty of sun beds and pool staff were happy to locate the perfect space for our group. The only downside was the sand was a - We arrived nearly 3 hours before check in, however, the staff were happy to accommodate us. We had lunch and receive a call from reception once our room was ready - nearly 2 hours before actual check in time. Staff were very friendly and went out their way to ensure our comfort. Room was stunning (Sea front view) - the finishes and attention to detail are excellent. We ate at the Manava restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The food was outstanding - one of the best selections I have experienced
