  We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. What a great hotel and we'd definitely stay there for our next t - The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great. The check out was

  Bra läge!! - Comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of stations on TV for my daughter to watch. Surprisingly extensive breakfast provided as part of my booking. Perfect location for my needs [we always used taxis but noticed that there was a bus stop outside of the building and a two minute walk to the Metro system].   I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. There are plenty of resturants, cofee ships, bars, Lounge, night club etc.. on this stretch. The hotel itself has a very good ope... vad folk säger » n air bar plus some decent resturants. Service, cleanliness etc.. are all very good. I've stayed in this hotel many times from the time it had intial - Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt.
