Hotel is good, worth of the money paid(budget-friendly), clean, Family oriented (no night clubs), excellent location in Bur Dubai, Meena Bazaar, Computer market, Super market, Metro station are literally within 5-10 min walking distance.
Breakfast is above avg to good.

The Hotel was very good value for money. Fairly close to the Metro, comfortable large clean room and breakfast was included.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Knowing that the hotel had a nightclub that produced a lot of noise, I asked for a room on the higher floor. This was no problem.
Excellent location, great staff. Booked for a single room but was upgraded to their amazing suite which made the stay even more pleasurable. I stayed there twice before once with a friend of mine. This hotel would definitely be my preference the next time i visit Dubai.

The Staff was very helpful ad food was good. The hotel was very local and have the tourist guide available to help us. The safari and the city tour was very good.
Easy access to the hotel via the metro from airport. Only an 8 minute walk from Al Fraidi metro station. Friendly staff. Comfortable clean bedding and room.

Hotel furniture still look bit old, is same for last 2-3 yrs (was here 2yrs back as well) should renovate the look from inside. Will add some luxurious look to rooms may be refreshing.
WiFi damn expensive, And very poor variety of breakfast.
No swimming pool, breakfast was poor. Security during night time was
rude to some couple when they were takin the lift. The hotel has two
night club which do indian song only and the drink are very expensive.
The Wifi was not available when needed.

There was one man at the reception to deal lots of people. Poor guest management.

I stayed in room 611 and my friend was in 612. In both the rooms the
Thermostat was not working,due to which the rooms got very cold and if
a/c was switched off it would get stuffy.
Front desk a little slow and the Manager and I butted heads.

hotel. This was disappointment from letsbookhotel.com letsbookhotel.com should
continuously review the hotels suggested by them and update so as not to
misled people.

Room size. Poor quality of Breakfast. Limited number of TV Channels. Quality of bedsheet and curtains needs a lot of improvement. Cleanliness of outdoor glasses. Toiletry materials was very poor. Bath tubs should be refurbished.
From the room to the toilet have cockroach.
It didnt give me the option to chose how many ppl , instead , I choose a double occupancy room , the hotel manager said their hotel price is not as per room , its as per person,even if u took suite and didnt mention number of ppl,u will hve to pay,I took a double room and asked me to pay 150 DHM extra...you need to pay me back 150DHM.
